Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and arrive within 7–15 business days. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Orders of $75 or more ship completely free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

We currently ship within the United States. We're working on bringing Hello Boo to more countries soon.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime through your account dashboard.

That's on us. Contact us with a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing and may not be able to make changes. Contact us immediately if you need help.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, subject to our return policy — items should be unused and in their original condition. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
